Aishwarya Rai Bachchan unleashes old Hollywood glamour at Cannes 2016 red carpet

We are back to the basics with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Trust the Bachchan bahu to twist the meaning of basics. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Elie Saab have shared an amazing sartorial relationship over the years. Therefore, it comes as no surprise when Aishwarya chose the fashion studio for her second red carpet appearance at 69th Cannes Film Festival. 

Aishwarya Rai was walking the red carpet to attend the premiere of Steven Spielberg's The BFG. This time she left her "superhero" cape behind (Have we listened to Edna Mode now?). But the colour code remains the same as her Ali Younes number from Friday.

The dress is made of a bustier with decolletage and a skirt with a small train. A new belt took it upon itself to hug her waist. Ash paired it with rose gold jewellery and dark lips. Her hairdo projected old Hollywood glamour. 

Basically, this is Aishwarya unleashing that Miss World charm upon all of us.
