After Hrs Exclusive: From the Chopras’ private collection

Aditya Chopra has always fiercely guarded his personal life. So much so, he once ran off when chased by the paparazzi, without bothering that he had dropped his phone.

There are very few pictures of Adi (as he is fondly called) in the media. And next to none of him and wife Rani Mukerji together in circulation. Until now. 

After Hrs recently came across a few works of art featuring the couple created by Jaipur-based artist Suvigya Sharma. In these artworks, Rani Mukerji is wearing the Sabyasachi Mukherjee lehenga-sari she had worn to the premiere of Yash Chopra’s Jab Tak Hai Jaan while Adi is wearing a bandhgala jacket.

Another artwork has the actress in a bridal look. A source close to the actress reveals that she has shared the creations with only her closest friends. “Rani wanted something exclusive and she approached the artist to make this creative and artistic portrait of their lives,” says the source.

When contacted, Sharma refused to comment on  the artworks saying he had signed an NDA with the couple and they should be contacted for any information related to his work for them. We won’t be surprised if other Bollywood wives follow the trend that Rani has kicked off.
