Actor John Slattery to be part of 'Ted 2'

Actor John Slattery will reportedly join the cast of the sequel to 2012 hit comedy Ted.

Slattery, 52, will be the latest to be a part of Ted 2 after Liam Neeson confirmed a cameo in the film, reported Aceshowbiz.

Seth MacFarlane, who acted and directed the first film, is back at the helm as the voice of the foul-mouthed teddy bear and Mark Wahlberg returns as his human friend. Amanda Seyfried is cast as a new leading lady, and Morgan Freeman will play a civil rights lawyer who shows up when Ted needs to resolve some legal issues.

The film is due to arrive in theaters on June 26, 2015.
