Tamil Nadu Plus two Result 2018 will be announced by Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), Tamil Nadu on May 16. Students awaiting TNBSE HSC Result 2018 will be able to check the outcome after the official announcement made by the board.
The DGE Tamil Nadu conducted the exam for Tamil Nadu Class 12 Result 2018 from March 1 to April 6. Last year the results were announced on May 12.
The link for TN Class 12th Result 2018 will go live after the official announcement. Students are advised to keep calm if the website is slow or unresponsive in the beginning. A lot of candidates will be checking the TN Plus two Result 2018 simultaneously and that might slow down the servers.

1. Access the official website: tnresults.nic.in
2. Enter your roll number and other required details
3. Click on submit.
4. Take a printout of the result for future use

About the Board
The Directorate of Government Examinations has been entrusted with the onerous responsibility of conducting the Board examinations for the students studying in the State Board in Std X and XII. The mark certificates issued to the students of standard X and XII is considered as a vital and valued document for continuing higher education and for seeking job opportunities.
Apart from above, This Directorate is conducting examinations and issuing a certificate for Diploma in Elementary Education, Government Technical Examinations and ESLC (Eight Std – Private Study). In addition, Scholarship Examinations such as NMMS, TRUSTS and National Talent Search Examinations are conducted by this Directorate.
This Directorate has 7 Regional offices at Madurai, Coimbatore, Tiruchirappalli, Tirunelveli, Chennai, Cuddalore and Vellore. The logistics work for transporting of stationery items related to examinations, distribution of fund for conducting examinations and distribution of Mark Certificate are performed by this regional offices.
