Maharashtra SSC Results 2017 declared: 88.74 pass percentage recorded, girls outshine boys again

Maharashtra SSC Result 2017: The Maharashtra SSC (class 10) examination held between 7 March and 29 March this year has registered an overall pass percentage of 88.74, with girls having an edge over boys in the ​MSBSHSE SSC results 2017 or ​MSBSHSE Class 10 Result 2017 announced on Tuesday (13th June 2017).

More than 17.66 lakh students appeared for the MSBSHSE SSC exam in the state this year which saw the Konkan region topping with a pass percentage of 96.18% while Nagpur lagged behind with a pass percentage of 86.67. 

Girls came out top this year again with a passing percentage of 91.46 as compared to boys who had a passing percentage of 86.51. 

Students will be able to access their Maharashtra SSC Result 2017 /  MSBSHSE SSC results 2017 / Maharashtra Board Class 10th Result 2017 at 1 PM on 13 June 2017 on the official websites mahahsscboard.maharashtra.gov.in or mahresult.nic.in. Follow the steps below to know more. 

Here's how to check MSBSHSE SSC Results 2017:

1. Visit websites: mahahsscboard.maharashtra.gov.in or mahresult.nic.in

2. Click on 'MSBSHE SSC Results 2017'

3.  Enter your roll number, name and other credentials required

4. Click 'Submit'

5. Your Maharashtra Board SSC Results 2017 will be displayed on the screen

6. Now, download the SSC Result​ marksheet and take a print out for future reference.

About the Maharashtra Board (MSBSHE​)

The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education, Pune 411004 is an Autonomous Body established under the provisions of the Maharashtra Act No. 41 of 1965. The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education, conducts the HSC and SSC Examinations in the state of Maharashtra through its nine Divisional Boards located at Pune, Mumbai, Aurangabad, Nasik, Kolhapur, Amravati, Latur, Nagpur and Ratnagiri. The Board conducts examination twice a year and the number of students appearing for the main examination is around 14 Lacs for HSC and 17 Lac’s SSC, for the supplementary examination around 6 Lacs students are expected HSC and SSC together. There are about 21000 schools (SSC) and 7000 (HSC) Higher Sec. Schools / Jr. colleges in the entire state.
