CBSE to announce Class 12 results on May 26, Here're 4 different ways to check yours

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is set to announce the results of Class 12 for the academic year 2017-18 on Saturday, May 26.

According to a report by ANI, the CBSE board will reveal the results for 11.86 lakh students that appeared for the exam earlier in the year.

In 2017, the board did not announce the time when the results will be out. Assuming the pattern continues in 2018, students will have to keep checking through the day on Saturday.

There are several ways to check the CBSE Class 12 Results 2018. Here's the list - 

1. On the official website of the CBSE

Students can visit the official websites of the board i.e. cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in. to check their results.

2. Via SMS

Students will need to provide a few details like their Roll no, date of birth to obtain results via SMS. Students can use following numbers from various service providers to check their results

3. Via Apps

4. Playstore Apps

Apart from this, there a lot of free apps available on Google's Playstore to check the CBSE results.

Students are advised to download their copy of the result and also keep a few copies for future reference. These copies can be used as provisional result until the respective institutions issue the original mark sheets.
