We hope the projects will be cleared by the L-G and there will be no delays, says Sisodia

The uneasiness between the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) ministers and Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal was visible as Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia presented the finance budget on Thursday. Sisodia, while explaining the budget details, kept on taking a dig at Baijal for not clearing many of the government's projects.
"We hope the projects will be cleared by the L-G and there will be no delays," Sisodia said while presenting the budget.
On Wednesday, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that L-G Anil Baijal rejected a proposal for the doorstep delivery of ration. On March 6, the Delhi Cabinet had approved a proposal to deliver ration in packets at the houses of beneficiaries and the delivery was to be done by a private company.
The proposal was later sent to Lt. Governor Anil Baijal for approval. "Very sad that Hon'ble LG has rejected doorstep delivery of ration scheme. I had repeatedly requested him to give me an audience before taking a decision but he did not. Feeling really really sad that such important proposals are becoming victims of petty politics," Kejriwal said in a tweet on Wednesday.
Even to a specific question on the execution of the projects, Kejriwal also took a dig at the L-G saying, "There is a proverb, 'Man proposes God disposes', but here 'Delhi government proposes, L-G disposes'."
