A woman has alleged that she has been fraudly removed from the directorship of a private firm in a conspiracy hatched by her husband. The complainant claimed that her husband forged her signatures on several documents and removed her from the post.

According to the police, Samta Nirankari was director of a private company along with her husband, Sandeep Khinda, and other two men.

Nirankari alleged that she, along with other two people, were removed under a criminal conspiracy by her husband to sell out the assets of the company and thereafter to use that money for his personal affairs. She claimed that she got information through her CA that certain documents were filed with Registrar of Companies (ROC) to remove the three directors and induct two new directors in the company.

It was alleged that Nirankari never tendered her resignation and she accused that someone has obtained and used her digital signature fraudulently. The police have examined both company secretaries and interrogated the accused Sandeep Khinda in detail.

"Documents filed with ROC has been obtained. Preliminary investigation reveals that questioned documents have been filed on the instructions of Alok Saxena, who was purportedly appointed as a director in the company by Ms Samta." said a senior police official.
