Bodies of two sisters found in drain in Delhi's Alipur

According to the police the two have been identified both deceased as Rukhsar (22) and Nabilla (19), a resident of Seelampur. No injury marks where there on the body.

Two sisters who had gone missing from North-east Delhi Seelampur area on September 19 were found dead in a drain in Alipur area of Rohini district on Monday. Police claimed that they are investigating the case from all angles.

According to the police the two have been identified both deceased as Rukhsar (22) and Nabilla (19), a resident of Seelampur. No injury marks where there on the body.

Police said both had left house September 19, saying to parents that they are going to attend an interview but they did not returned back. Family member conducted the search but they did not find any clue and had lodge missing complaint with Delhi police.

Victim's father Mohd Ahmed has alleged on his son-in-law, Rukhsar's husband named Lucky for allegedly killing his daughters.

Police claimed that they are investigating the case from all angles and also waiting for the autopsy report to get the clue in the case. Rukhsar's husband Lucky is missing and the case under the section of murder has been registered.

Police said that both sisters were residing with their parents, two daughters and a younger brother in Seelampur. Deceased Rukhsar had got love married to Lucky, belonging to other community four years back. She survived a one-and-half year old daughter.

The couple had had dispute from last six months and then Rukhsar was staying with her parents. Meanwhile, deceased Nabila had worked with an Herbal medicine Company in Sahibabad, Ghaziabad but she had left the job.

The bodies were found in Alipur area, the DCP (Rohini) Rajneesh Gupta stated that the case was transferred to North East Delhi. "Cause of death will be known after the post mortem. No apparent injuries," said the DCP.

HUSBAND MISSING

  • Rukhsar and her husband Lucky had fought six moth ago, since then she was staying with her parents. Since the murder he has been missing.
