Vinod Kambli posts emotional tweet for Sachin Tendulkar on Friendship Day- Here's how Twitter reacted

Sachin Tendulkar and Vinod Kambli’s friendship has been one of the most talked in Indian cricket. Tendulkar and Kambli have known each other since they were kids and came into limelight together when they stitched a record partnership of 664 runs in school cricket in 1988. 

Sachin Tendulkar and Vinod Kambli soon entered the national team. However, they had contrasting careers. While Sachin became the biggest star of India cricket, Kambli gradually faded away after an impressive start.

Their friendship also seemed to suffer due to this. In 2009, Kambli mentioned that Sachin didn’t stand by him during the tumultuous phase of his career. 

However, it seems that all is well between the two now. Vinod Kambli took to twitter on Friendship Day to express his his love for buddy Sachin Tendulkar.

Kambli posted a picture of the duo on Twitter and wrote, “On field you are the greatest that the game could produce, off the field, you are Jay and me, Veeru… On this friendship day all I want to say is.. @sachin_rt “Ye dosti hum nahi todenge..
