This year for the first time, Flipkart has introduced a special scheme where consumers have the option to choose EMIs on debit cards.
It's about to rain discounts as Flipkart's four-day long 'Big Billion Day' sale will start from midnight. The sale will close on September 24. The company is offering upto 90% discounts across all categories. The lucrative discounts and exclusive deals on fashion, clothes, shoes, gadgets and home appliances are expected to widen the firms' customers's base.
This year for the first time, Flipkart has introduced a special scheme where consumers have the option to choose EMIs on debit cards. SBI Debit & Credit card holders will get an additional 10% instant savings.
Customers can go to Flipkart's website to have a sneak peek on the deals. It has also tied-up with social media celebs like José, Mallika Dua, Karan Talwar, and Rahul Subramanian to do Facebook Live with to give information about its big offers.
Flipkart stated that categories such as fashion and large appliances have also been revamped. Announcing the dates, Kalyan Krishnamurthy, CEO, Flipkart said, “The Big Billion Days is a celebration for India because it flags off and sets the tone for festive shopping in the country. Over the years, it has grown from being Flipkart’s largest shopping Carnival to being synonymous with the festive season and Indians now relate to is as the number 1 festive sale in the country.”
Phones: In Big Billion Day sale, Flipkart would offer Samsung Galaxy S7 at the price of just Rs 29,990 which has a market price of Rs 46,000. Newly launched Honour 6X and Honour 8 Pro are also available at with special deals during the 4-day long sale bonanza.
With limited stocks Xiaomi's Redmi 4A would also be available at just Rs 6,999.
Clothes: The company would offer 50-80% discounts on both women and men's apparel. Customers can also but an Armani wristwatch in just Rs 4,299.
Flipkart will also put television, refrigerators, split ACs and washing machines for a grand sale at up to 70% off. Besides, Flipkart is offering gaming laptops in half the prices.
Apart from this, the Big Billion Sale will see product and brands with a host of consumer financing programs such as No Cost EMI, Product Exchange, Buy Back Guarantee and Buy Now Pay Later.
