'This wedding stood for change and hope', Priyanka Chopra pens down an emotional letter for friend Meghan Markle

Priyanka Chopra, who is currently in London to attend the royal wedding of friend Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, took to instagram to wish the bride on her big day. Not just the Quantico star sent the newly-married couple her love but also thanked them for 'being the perfect picture of all things good.'

"Every once in a while there is a moment when time stands still.. that happened today.. You my friend.. were the epitome of grace, love and beauty. Every choice made at this wedding by you both will go down in history, not just because it was your wedding but because this incredible wedding stood for change and hope. Both things that the world needs desperately. Thank you for being the perfect picture of all things good.. seeing your union and love blessed in front of my eyes Made me so happy.. and tear up! I wish you both love happiness and togetherness always..," Priyanka wrote on Instagram while sharing a few moments from the royal wedding. 

Although not on Meghan's bridesmaid list, PC is believed to be a longtime friend of the bride and has always spoken highly of her. “I’m super excited about her and her big day. It’s not just going to be life-changing for both of them, it’s life-changing for the world that needs to see strong women as icons, and I think Meghan has the potential to be that,” Priyanka had earlier said in an interview with People Now.
