The teaser of Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is all about megastar Chiranjeevi with only a glimpse of Amitabh Bachchan
On Tuesday, a new name was introduced to cinema. This name, who has been compared to the likes of warriors like Rani Laxmibai, Bhagat Singh and Mangal Pandey, happens to be that of Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. The makers of the film have unveiled the teaser of this film and it introduces us to the forgotten warrior.
Chiranjeevi, who plays the role of this warrior, is introduced first with a lion ring (read Adheera's first look from KGF: Chapter 2) with a strong tika, heavy eyes and kajal underneath them. His entry, as expected, is no less than that of a megastar's. Most of the teaser focuses on the British army, who try to rule over India on their horses. Narasimha is termed as the rebel who started the first war against their rule.
The story of Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy continues to sketch his character as brave and smart. This is followed by glimpses of Amitabh Bachchan as his guru, Kiccha Sudeep as a warrior, Vijay Sethupathi as another warrior, Nayanthara and Tamannaah Bhatia showing us the power of women, and Jagapathi Babu captured in a weak moment. Ravi Kishan and Niharika go missing from the teaser this time.
The fight sequences between Chiranjeevi and the Britishers, even though in minimal capacity, looks promising. Greg Powell, Lee Whittaker and Ram-Laxman were responsible for the stunts. Meanwhile the first thing that captured our attention since the start of the teaser is the mind-blowing cinematography by Ratnavelu isc and set design by Rajeevan.

Directed by Surender Reddy, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy brings the biggest names, considered as megastars, under one roof. The mega project is produced by another well-known actor Ram Charan and will be presented by Farhan Akhtar-Ritesh Sidhwani's Excel Entertainment in Hindi.
