Shraddha Kapoor's now got a home in Goa

Shraddha Kapoor bought a house in Mumbai two years ago, and the actress, with her mother Shivangi Kolhapure, has been hunting for a property in Goa. Says an insider, “Shraddha’s family is realising that it’s not as easy to buy property in Goa, anymore. The Kapoors have been on a lookout for a small cottage or penthouse in North or South Goa for family retreats and spiritual recreation (Shivangi wants to start healing classes there). The Kapoor Mama originally wanted to buy a small cottage in South Goa because of its virgin and pristine beaches that serve as a perfect place for R&R, but her actor-husband Shakti Kapoor prefers North Goa as it is a livelier place.”

Now, they might becomes owners of a penthouse near Vagator Beach in North Goa. With three bedrooms, a large terrace and a swimming pool. Says a source, “Shivangi is currently in Vagator negotiating the sale.” Shakti confirms, “Yes, we have been looking at property in Goa for the last couple of years, but it’s been tough. We are negotiating for a particular place, but you know how it is — these things take time.”
