Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt? Not again!

After doing a series of ads together, Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt will be seen pairing up for the first time in Zoya Akhtar's Gully Boy. But recent reports suggested that apart from that film, the two young actors will also team up for another film - Rohit Shetty's Simmba. But a source from the team tells us, "There's no truth to it. Alia doing Simmba is not at all true.

Rohit and Karan will lock the girl next month. They are finishing the script currently." Also, Alia already has as many as three films lined up next year. There's Gully Boy, post which she begins work on Abhishek Varman's next with Varun Dhawan and moves on to Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra opposite Ranbir Kapoor. Given that Simmba is scheduled for a December 28 release next year, Alia won't have dates to wrap the film anyway.
