It has been more than an year since Priyanka Chopra's Bollywood film 'Jai Gangajal' released. Ever since our desi export to Hollywood has been doing us proud with her American TV show Quantico and films in the US. But her fans back home have been missing her and can't wait to see PeeCee back in action in Bollywood.

And now that she has wrapped up work for her Hollywood film 'Isn't It Romantic?' the busiest bee of b-town is returning home. According to Mid-Day report, Priyanka is coming to Mumbai for a two week stay. Apart from the work on her brand endorsements, the lady also plans to start work on her Sanjay Leela Bhansali film, Gustakhiyan. The actress and the filmmaker are hoping to finalise a leading man for the film. Pee Cee is paying extra attention to the project, since it will be her first Hindi film after making a mark in the foreign shores.

According to the Mid-Day report, " The leading man has to be finalised within this month.Though Bhansali is neck deep in work with Padmavati, he wants to start this film by mid 2018." There were rumours of Irrfan and Abhishek Bachchan being part of the period drama but that didn't materialise. The source said, " The film's pre-production has to be completed latest by March next year. So working backwards, the lead cast has to be decided before the pre-production begins."

Priyanka Chopra's mother Madhu Chopra said in a recent interview that the film goes with her sensibilities - it's lyrical and romantic. And Priyanka has complete faith in Sanjay's vision. She even wants to co-produce the film, but that discussion is yet to happen.

PC's last trip to India was primarily to spend time with her family and close friends on her birthday, but this time her schedule in Mumbai is chock-a-block.  Apart from work on brand endorsements and Bhansali film, Miss Chopra will also chalk out the promotion plan for her Sikkimese production, 'Pahuna' which is slated for a world premiere at the Toronto Film Festival next month.
