Priyanka Chopra is reminded of her ‘desh ki khushboo’ as Anupam Kher visits ‘Quantico’ sets

Priyanka Chopra is away from her home turf as she is currently shooting for the third season of her popular TV show Quantico in New York. But to her surprise on Wednesday, she was paid a visit on the show’s sets by none other than Anupam Kher.  

The actor, who is himself shooting a TV pilot in America, met up with Priyanka and took to Twitter to share a few photos with the actress. The actor wrote, "Thank you dearest priyankachopra for your love & warmth. It was wonderful to come & see you on the sets of #Quantico. You are a STAR. As a fellow Indian I am so proud of you and your achievements. Keep our flag flying. You are the best. #IndianActor #OurAmbassadorAbroad.’’

The two seem to have a gala time as they met and their mutual appreciation is visible in the photos. While Anupam called Priyanka as ‘our ambassador abroad’, he reminded her of her ‘desh ki khushboo’.

Meanwhile, Priyanka plays FBI agent Alex Parrish in the show, which will return to the small screen on April 28. Apart from having Hollywood projects such as A Kid Like Jake and Isn’t It Romantic in her kitty, speculations are rife that she will soon give her nod for a Bollywood project too.
