Priyanka Chopra dethrones Deepika Padukone to become the Sexiest Asian Woman 2017

Is there anything Priyanka Chopra can't do! After global domination with Hollywood films and American TV show 'Quantico', our desi girl has now been named as the 'Sexiest Asian Woman' in the world, a poll conducted by London-based weekly Eastern Eye. The 'Quantico' star has dethroned Deepika 'Padmavati' Padukone who topped the list last year.

Our global star has made her presence felt on the list for the fifth year in a row. She previously held the top spot in 2014 and 2015. Thanking her fans for the honour, the 35-year-old PC wrote on Twitter , "I cannot actually take credit for this at all. Full credit should be given to my genetics and your optics! Thank you Eastern Eye and to everyone who voted for me to be Asia's Sexiest Woman, for what I'm told is a record breaking number of times! I feel grateful and am humbled. Consistency is key."

TV's hottie Nia Sharma came in second after holding on to her position as the sexiest television star in the 2017 list.

Deepika Padukone topped the list last year but this time slipped down to the third position in the list of sexiest Asian 2017.
