 Priyanka Chopra and Sidharth Malhotra looked like the perfect pair to endorse Nirav Modi's jewels but now it's all in the past.

With Nirav Modi's name being caught in Punjab National Banks' Rs 11,000 crore fraud which is out in the open, seems like the stars are also ready to disassociate with the brand. Mid-Day reported that Sidharth Malhotra also doesn't want his name to be associated with them anymore.While the Mumbai daily revealed, Sidharth has to shoot for two more commercials with them and has shot for only one which also featured Priyanka Chopra, the actor who is busy promoting Aiyaary revealed that he has nothing to say on the matter.

In fact, he even revealed that his contract with Nirav Modi's brand got over an year back. According to ANI report, Sidharth Malhotra said, " My contract got over a year ago. That is something not related to us. I have nothing to say on it."

Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra has been seeking a legal opinion with respect to terminating her contract with famous jewellery designer Nirav Modi's brand in light of allegations of financial fraud, her spokesperson Natasha Pal said on Thursday.

"There are speculative reports that Priyanka Chopra has sued Nirav Modi. This is not true. She is seeking a legal opinion with respect to terminating her contract," Pal said.

The designer is entangled in controversy after 10 Punjab National Bank officials were suspended over financial fraud to the tune of $ 1.77 billion. According to the CBI, Nirav Modi left India on January 1, days before CBI issued lookout circulars against the celebrated designer and his wife Ami, an American citizen, who left India on January 6.The CBI issued the circulars on January 31.

Meanwhile, the Enforcement Directorate on Thursday searched 17 premises of Nirav Modi Geetanjali Gems in relation to the PNB fraud case. Stocks of gold, diamond and precious stones worth Rs 5100 crore were seized.
