After ruling the box-office with Judwaa 2 and Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya last year, Varun Dhawan is super-excited to start 2018 with a bang. His first release is going to be his first film with filmmaker Shoojit Siracar which also stars newbie Banita Sandhu in the lead.
One look at Varun Dhawan's social media accounts will confirm that the actor can't wait for October which is coming early this year. On Tuesday morning, Dhawan took Twitter to share a calender made out of on-location memories of the film. From lush-green mountains of Himachal Pradesh to Sircar's favourite bylanes of Delhi, the video gives a glimpse of October.
In an interview recently, Varun also spoke about how shooting for the film had an impact on him which he wants to see on the audience as well. He said, "This film means a lot to me, the thought, the world, the message behind it is so important that numbers actually don't matter. What matters is that if someone goes and sees this film, it moves them, hopefully" .

Shoojit Sircar whose last film Pink was a huge hit is kicked about teaming up with Varun Dhawan for the first time. He told us earlier, "I think he is very bright. He is trying to open up to different genres. Actors should keep exploring different genres, stories and directors. At the end of the day, you have to challenge yourself."
October will hit screens on April 13th this year.
