Humour seems to have seeped out of Great India Laughter Challenge as ex-judge and Youtuber Mallika Dua has raised serious questions about work place etiquettes.

Her father and renowned journalist Vinod Dua took to Facebook and lashed out at Akshay Kumar. He wrote, "I am going to screw this cretin Akshay Kumar for telling his co worker Mallika Dua that “aap bell bajao main aap ko bajata hun” at 5:26.This is his sense of humor and language. Star Plus..wake up.." After the post was deleted from social media, Mallika took to Twitter and wrote, " Sorry to quash your hunger for sensationalism but Facebook and perhaps a copyright claim had it removed."

The battle doesn't get over here!  Mallika explained her experience on the sets of Great Indian laughter Challenge, the show which has replaced her, Zakir Khan and Hussain Dalal with Sajid Khan and Shreyas Talpade. Mallika narrated her experience to The Quint and said, "Here’s what happened. It was my very first day on a television set of this scale. We were tongue tied in the mammoth, presence of a Bollywood megastar to begin with. I don’t belong to Bollywood and I’m not fluent in its diplomacy and supposed charm yet. When he said “Mallika ji, aap bell bajaao, main aapko bajaata hoon”, in my head I went “WTF was that!” and that was all the time I had to process this. We went back to celebrating the contestant’s stellar performance and shooting the rest of the episode."

She even explained why her famous father jumped into the battle with her. Dua told The Quint, " Even while I ignored it, he(Vinod Dua) made his stance clear, as he generally does, indirectly making me question what kind of a feminist and person I am."

Continuing to question work place ethics, Mallika continued ranting on Twitter, " This isn't about Akshay Kumar. This is about every big Bollywood star and every big shot who cannot tell the difference between charm and harm. This is about every big celebrity who thinks his colleague enjoys being grabbed by the waist and twirled without her consent.
