Karisma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan to throw a birthday bash for Randhir Kapoor

The Kapoors, it seems, will be celebrating for two nights back-to-back. On February 14, the three brothers — Randhir, Rishi and Rajiv — will be at a formal  function that has been organised to confer the Raj Kapoor Award for Excellence in Cinema.

Then, on the night of February 15, the Kapoor clan will assemble at Devnar House, Chembur, to ring in Dabboo’s 71st birthday. A source informs, “As is the custom, daughters Karisma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan will play hosts along with their mother Babita.”

Also present at the do will be the matriarch of the Kapoor khandaan, Krishna Raj Kapoor. Rishi and Neetu Kapoor are expected to attend, as are the younger Kapoor siblings, Rajiv Kapoor and Rima Jain. Saif Ali Khan will also raise a toast to his father-in-law. Ranbir Kapoor, who is in Bulgaria to shoot for Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra, will clearly be missing in action.
