Ileana D'Cruz sharply reprimands a journalist for getting her surname wrong during 'Raid' promotions

During a recent round of media interactions for her upcoming film Raid, Ileana D’Cruz reprimanded a journalist for getting her surname wrong.

The young and quite obviously over-enthusiastic television reporter started his introduction of the Raid actors saying — “Today, you get to meet superstar Ajay Devgn and Ileana D’Souza.”

Post this goof-up or rather a simple slip-of-the-tongue, there was pin drop silence because the reporter had obviously got his D’Cruz and D’Souza mixed up.  The shot was cut and the over-zealous reporter started again.

The second time over, he got the D’Cruz right but he still called Ajay a superstar and introduced Ileana with just her name.

Once he finished, the actress was heard telling the reporter, “You must do your homework. It is so embarrassing when you get the name mixed up.”

Perhaps, she also took note of the fact that a particular adjective too went missing in his introduction of her. Oops!
