Here's how Abhishek Bachchan wished his 'world' Jaya Bachchan on her 70th birthday

To commemorate veteran star Jaya Bachchan's 70th birthday, Abhishek Bachchan has shared a throwback black-and-white picture of his 'ma'. The Happy New Year star took to Instagram to wish her as he wrote, "Happy Birthday Ma. You are the world to me, love you!"

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan took to his blog to give details of the midnight celebration. He wrote, "At the stroke of the midnight hour, the greetings and wishes and calls and the feeding of sweetmeats; the gifting of love and togetherness and the welcoming of the lady on her 70th! She be wife and mother... and she be with her 'progress report'." 

The PINK star also shared an adorable picture of Jaya Bachchan with their children Abhishek and Shweta Nanda Bachchan.
