Gauahar Khan comes forward to support the cause of Breast Cancer!

The very proficient and gorgeous, Gauahar Khan, who was last seen in Begum Jaan alongside Vidya Balan has a very strong message for women everywhere. Recently Gauahar took to Twitter to share this very important message that, it is a myth that Breast Cancer only strikes elder women because of which younger women do not pay attention to its symptoms.

She is a strong supporter of this cause, and wants to make women aware of this very chronic matter. Gauahar is also open to the idea of being associated with any group to help spread this awareness. She has an intrepid voice which makes her a perfect inspiration for women to pay attention to this immedicable situation.

Gauahar says, "I have known quite a few ladies who got it pretty early in their lives. They weren't from my family just some friends, but I saw how difficult it was and how early detection can save lives. Just the assumption that women will not get it in their youth and only later in life is proof enough how much we need to help them be aware about it. Regular tests are very much necessary for all women. And this is what I want them to know. Hence, I would want to be associated with any group just so I can help spread awareness."
