Baadshaho actress wrote: “I don't care which country or religion or government I have, humanity is dying. The children are dying and it needs to stop, now Syria is bleeding.” Esha also posted a heart-wrenching picture of a Syrian child crying in the war zone.

While some are praising the actress for being first Bollywood star to speak about the matter, few trolled her and wrote, 'finally you got enlightenment' and 'go there and help them'. According to IANS report, Syrian government forces continued their air strikes and shelling of Eastern Ghouta, a rebel-held suburb of the capital Damascus, hours after the UN Security Council approved a resolution demanding a 30-day nationwide cease-fire. Around 510 people, including 127 minors are killed in weel long attacks on Eastern Ghouta.
