But for me, my dad has always been that
I have seen him through his ups and downs
When he never gave up and always fought on
That motivates me never to give up,
And whenever I feel everything isn’t going our way,
I remember those bad times — where I had tears in my eyes and didn’t understand much as a kid,
But you always got out of it and you taught me never to give up and always fight on
No matter when the odds stack up,
Fight it head on, never look back
