Anil Kapoor begins shooting for 'Race 3'; joins cast on his birthday

Anil Kapoor, who turned 61 on Sunday, is all set to return to the Race franchise with Remo D’souza’s Race 3. The actor, who had earlier played a pivotal part in the previous instalments of Race, will be a part of a week long schedule in Mumbai from December 24th to 30th. 

Meanwhile, apart from Remo D’souza taking over the director’s hat from Abbas-Mustan, Salman Khan is replacing Saif Ali Khan as the leading man in Race 3. It is a known fact that Salman and Anil have shared a warm bond over the years and have gone ahead to be co-stars on screen with a number of films to their credit.

Well, it would be interesting to witness Anil play a part in the Race franchise, sharing screen space with the superstar Salman Khan. 

Apart from Salman and Anil, the film also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Bobby Deol, Saqib Saleem, and Daisy Shah. Produced by Salman Khan Films and Ramesh Taurani, Race 3 is slated to release on Eid 2018.
