Anil Kapoor is currently busy preparing for his upcoming film Maland, directed by Mohit Suri and also starring Aditya Roy Kapoor, Disha Patani, Kunal Kemmu, and Elli AvrRam.

During the trailer launch event yesterday Anil candidly discussed camp culture in Bollywood and what advice he always gives superstar Aamir Khan.

"I feel we need producers like Ankur (Garg) and Luv (Ranjan). I have told Mohit (Suri) to continue doing films with them. I always tell Aamir Khan by calling him on the phone to say that you should not leave Raju Hirani (Rajkumar Hirani). Whenever I see films of both of them, I tell Aamir not to leave him."

Anil further added, "I feel whenever you make a good team then you should hold on to it. Team is very important and certain stars come together to make something interesting and exciting."

Anil also tried explaining his point by giving an example of Hollywood actors and filmmakers.

"If you see Martin Scorsese, Robert De Niro, Leonardo DiCaprio they do so many films together. They can work with others, too, but they keep working with each other. There is some magic, obviously. You have to go with the casting but somewhere I feel teams should stand by each other," he said.

Yesterday's event also saw Anil opening up about the recent attacks in Jawaharlal Nehru University in Delhi.

Speaking about the same Anil said, "I feel it has to be condemned. It was quite sad and shocking what I saw. It was very disturbing. I didn't sleep the entire night by thinking about it. I feel you will not get anything by being violent and whoever has done that should be punished."
