Amidst link up rumours with Mahira Khan, Ranbir Kapoor to tie the knot with a girl of mom Neetu Kapoor's choice?

Looks like the reports of Ranbir Kapoor dating Pakistani actress Mahira Khan have started affecting Neetu Kapoor. Sometime back, a few pictures of Ranbir and Mahira, smoking in the middle of the night on the streets of US had gone viral on social media platforms. While Rishi Kapoor had spoken about it saying that had they been dating each other, the people in Mumbai would've known, Neetu remained tight lipped on the matter.

Now, if a report on Mumbai Mirror is to be believed, then Neetu has been trying hard to convince Ranbir to settle down. The only thing that she talks about these days is Ranbir's marriage whereas the actor is currently busy with his upcoming projects. 

The report also adds that Mom Neetu has been trying to set up meetings with girls for ranbir in London. Though, Neetu has been making continuous efforts for the same since the past two years but all that has gone in vain so far since Ranbir hasn't shown much interest in marriage. 

Earlier this year, both Neetu and Ranbir were spotted leaving for a trip to London together which fuelled the rumours about prospects of Ranbir getting married in an arrangd set up. However, the actor had quashed the rumours saying, "When I do get married, why will I hide it? There were a lot of reports suggesting that my mom flew to London to look for a girl for me. There is no such thing of an arranged marriage.My parents have not put any pressure on me. Neither has my grandmother. One good thing is that they have left it on me. I will marry the woman I am in love with. It is as simple as that."
