Talent test for free IIT-JEE coaching

The Forum for Excellence in Education, a trust established by retired professors of the Indian Institute of Science (IISC) for promoting quality in education, has invited applications from interested candidates for ‘free coaching for IIT-JEE (2011-13).

The forum would train 30 ‘Super Merit’ students in Bangalore free of cost. The students would be selected through a talent test slated for March 28, 2011.

“They will go through a comprehensive learning experience and will be ready not only for IITJEE, but also for other entrance examinations like AIEEE, CET, etc.,” said J Ramakrishna, founder of the forum. Those appearing for SSLC/ class 10 examinations in March/ April, 2011 can also register for the test.

Registration could be done by providing the student’s name, address, phone number and the board conducting their exams.

The details could be sent through e-mail, snail mail or in person at the forum’s office.
