Two more medical colleges added to CET seat matrix

The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) on Saturday announced that two new medical colleges have been added to the Common Entrance Test (CET) 2013 seat matrix.  Sixty seats each from BGS Global Medical College and Sridevi Institute of Medical Sciences have been added to the present seat matrix.

BE: 51,222; BArch: 505; MBBS: 2,214; BDS: 795; BSc (Agri): 1,720; BTech (Food): 333; BTech (Agri): 59

The provisional seat matrix for MBA and MCA courses for 2013-2014 is hosted on the KEA website. Students can key in their options, revise, update, add or delete them round the clock till 11pm on July 7, 2013. Candidates are requested to check the KEA website for breakup of college wise, course wise and category wise seats for the professional courses.

Children of ex-CAPF employees (CRPF / CISF / BSF / ITBP / SSB) are given time till 11 am on July 9 to furnish certificate in the prescribed format hosted on KEA website. They can either send the information in PDF format to the administrative officer by fax—080-23461576 or hand it over in person to the Administrative Officer, KEA, 18th Cross, Sampige Road, Malleswaram, Bangalore-560 003.
