Sarah Palin will be a subject on E!’s True Hollywood Story later this month.

A network spokesperson told Mediaite that the former Alaska Governor’s special is set to air on April 24, reports the Politico.

A Hot Air reporter spoke to documentarian John Ziegler on Monday who confirmed E! would be using portions of Ziegler’s movie, Media Malpractice: How Obama Got Elected and Palin was Targeted, in the Palin programme.

"This show will be shown numerous times on a network whose demographic is full of women who are not political junkies. This is exactly the demo that Palin would have to get a second chance with if she has a chance to beat President Obama," Ziegler told Hot Air of Palin, who has not yet announced her 2012 plans.

Palin recently wrote that "cleaning up the sloppiness of reporters could be a full time job," but she won’t be helping with that effort on E!; she was offered a chance to work with producers on the episode, according to the Ziegler interview, but declined.

"I do know that many friends from Sarah Palin’s pre-fame days did participate," Ziegler added.

The network will formally announce the Sarah Palin True Hollywood Story this week.
