Pakistani police today shot dead seven militants during operations in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province in the country's restive northwest, officials said.
Police shot dead three militants during a search operation in Hangu district.
Four more rebels were killed in clashes along the boundary between Dir and Swat districts.
Police also raided a private hospital in Hangu and arrested four suspects.
Suspected militants injured in clashes with security forces usually visit such hospitals for treatment, officials said.
