4-yr-old kills father after being refused PlayStation

The child shot the father from close range after he returned home without the desired object.

An angry four-year-old Saudi boy killed his father for refusing to buy him a PlayStation, Saudi media reported on Monday.

The Asharq daily, citing police in the southern Jizan area, said the child, aged four years and seven months, grabbed his father's pistol and shot him in the head.

The newspaper said that the child had asked his father for a PlayStation and when he saw that the father returned home without the console, he grabbed his father’s gun and fired at him from close quarters.

The father had put the gun down as he was undressing.
