Located in the heart of the entertainment capital of the world, Los Angeles airport is witness to the many Hollywood actors and celebrities who pass through its many gates every day. And so was the case during the shooting incidence that occurred there yesterday.
And even as cops and reporters got to the scene of the tragedy, it was these celebrities, who were among those stuck at the airport, who took on the role of citizen journalists and informed the online community on the developments of the tragic story.

Tory Belleci, of the TV show Mythbuster fame was one of the travellers stuck at the airport and he live tweeted events as they unfolded:
