During an interaction with a media agency, Urvashi Dholakia spoke at length about participating in 'Nach Baliye 9' along with her ex-boyfriend.
Nach Baliye season 9 is all set to premiere tomorrow (July 20, 2019). This time, the dance-based reality show will witness five couples and five ex-couples participating, this twist has been brought into action by none other than Salman Khan. The superstar is backing Nach Baliye 9 and will be appearing on the season premiere episode as well. An ex-couple who will be participating in the show is Urvashi Dholakia and former boyfriend Anuj Sachdeva.
During an interaction with IANS, when Urvashi was asked if the reality show will give their relationship another chance, she stated, "If a chapter is over, it is not necessarily to reopen those pages. Why not start a new chapter and build a new relationship? I believe two people who were in a relationship can remain good friends. There is nothing wrong with that."
The stunning actor further said, "I am not in my twenties, so I do think a little differently now. I believe in mature living and don't like to hold grudges. Sometimes you have to move on to find happiness in life. That's what I did."
On being quizzed about her partner, she did not disclose Anuj's name and said, "I am participating in the show with my ex but it does not mean that I am giving a second chance to the relationship. One has to understand that I come from a different school of thought."
Earlier, while talking to Mumbai Mirror, Urvashi spoke about participating Nach Baliye 9 by stating, "The show’s creative team is still in talks to figure out who would be the best match for me. It will be interesting. As far as chemistry goes, we will just have to wait and see how everything else works out."
