Inter Milan striker Diego Milito is fit to return in Sunday's Serie A clash against rivals Juventus but injured captain Javier Zanetti and forward Goran Pandev will again miss out, coach Rafael Benitez said on Saturday.

Milito has shrugged off a thigh problem which kept him out of Wednesday's 4-0 Champions League win over Werder Bremen while Julio Cesar and Lucio, who came off against the Germans with minor knocks, are also are available for the "Derby of Italy".

The build-up to the match between Serie A leaders and champions Inter and Juve, Italy's best supported and most successful domestic club, has been dominated by continuing rows over the 2006 match-fixing scandal and fans are hyped up.

Juve, demoted in the affair and ninth this term as the fallout from the scandal still hurts them, believe new evidence shows Inter were also implicated and a criminal court and the Italian soccer federation have been examining the matter for several months. Inter deny wrongdoing.

Spaniard Benitez, Liverpool boss until June, compared the rivalry in an Inter v Juve game to a match between his ex-club and Manchester United but called on combustible fans to behave at the San Siro on Sunday.

"We've got to all calm down a bit in the stands but maintain a good intensity on the field," Benitez told a news conference.

"I have arrived from England where fans respect each other. Tomorrow our fans have the chance to show the world that they can support the team in a right way."

Turin-based Juve, linked with a move for Benitez before appointing Luigi Del Neri as their new coach last May, have also asked their fans to calm down for the big match.
