World Cup 2015: 'Injury-prone' Clarke says will continue playing ODIs post WC

Australian skipper Michael Clarke has dismissed questions surrounding his retirement, stating that he will continue playing one-day cricket following the conclusion of the World Cup.

The veteran skipper has long battled a back condition and dealt a series of hamstring injuries recently, prompting calls for Clarke to retire from the shorter format to prolong his career in Test cricket.

Brushing aside his retirement talks, Clarke said that he has had injury concerns since he was 17 years of age, adding that he has managed to play over 200 one-dayers and over 100 Test matches so it hasn't stopped him to date, insisting that he didn't think it would do after this series either, the Dawn reported.

Clarke further said that walking back out on the field to represent one's country was a very special feeling.
