Virat Kohli and Yuvraj Singh took time off from their busy cricketing schedule to be in attendance at the Rod Laver Arena for the Australian Open Men's semifinal between Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer on Sunday.
The Indian Test captain is an avid tennis follower and had agreed earlier that the Swiss master is his favourite player. Kohli is also the co-owner of International Premier Tennis League (IPTL) outfit UAE Royals, where Federer is the star player.
However, the Indian in all probabilities returned to the Indian team hotel depressed with World No. 1 Novak Djokovic beating his rival 6-1 6-2 3-6 6-3 to charge into a fifth successive Grand Slam final.
