Former Indian cricket captain Sourav Ganguly has denied rumors that he is in the race for becoming coach of the Indian team. 

The former batsman has made it clear that he wants to focus on cricket administration and is not keen on coaching the Indian team at this time, according to CNN IBN.

A Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) insider had revealed to Indian Express that Ganguly had put in an informal word to the new BCCI president Jagmohan Dalmiya about his interest to replace Duncan Fletcher, whose tenure as Indian coach ended after the World Cup.
