He added that he wants to be playing all the time, but claimed that if he keeps worrying about that he won't be able to move forward and do all the things he wants to do in order get back in, or help the team out, Stuff.co.nz reported. Siddle helped Josh Hazlewood claim his first Test wicket in Brisbane by guiding the young pacer about how to bowl to India's Cheteshwar Pujara.

Siddle said that they were in a 'bit of a partnership' and he said to Hazlewood that 'maybe a few bouncers here from this end would help'. He added that it was 'just funny' it ended up getting Hazlewood his first wicket.

He claimed that it mightn't have been out as Pujara was caught behind off the grille of his helmet, but added that it's the umpire's decision and that's how it goes. He added that it's competition, but at the end of the day they are on the same team and they want to win Test matches.

The paceman claimed that anything he can do to help Hazlewood reach his peak.
