Xiaomi Redmi Note 4’s rival, Honor 6X now launched in India

Huawei introduced the Honor 6X smartphone in India today. The device is available in two variants - 3GB RAM + 32GB internal storage priced at Rs 12,999 while the 4GB RAM + 64G internal storage is priced at Rs 15,999. It will go on sale starting February 2, via Amazon India and will be available in Gold, Grey and Silver colour variants.

In terms of specifications, the Honor 6X sports a 5.5 inch full HD IPS display with a 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. It is powered by an octa-core processor Kirin 655 SoC and is offered in 3GB RAM /32GB storage and 4GB RAM/64GB storage options. It can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card.

To the optics, it features a dual rear camera setup, with one being a 12MP camera that comes with PDAF and the other one below it with a 2MP camera. It also includes an 8MP front facing camera. Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and GPS. Backed with 3340 mAh battery, it supports fast charging and weighs 162 grams.
