Pokemon Go and AR based mobile game has broken the Internet for the past one month.
Over the month of July, Pokemon Go has broken the record of most launch week downloads for Apple's App Store, Nintendo stocks went up by 120% and slumped when investors realised Nintendo does not make Pokemon GO and finally, broke the record for being most searched on the Internet when it beat porn. And that was just some of it.
Since Pokemon Go was launched, there have been reports of people falling into a lake while live-streaming in search of Pokemon, of multiple cases of car accidents and even cases of people getting shot for trespassing for Pokemon Go.
If you have still been under a rock and have no idea what Pokemon Go is, it is an Augmented Reality-based mobile game based on the Japanese cartoon franchise 'Pokemon', where you are required to catch and train what can be termed as pocket monsters.
