Yu has announced the Yutopia that retails at 24,999.
Micromax’s subsidiary Yu has just launched the Yu Yutopia which they have dubbed “the world's most powerful phone”. The metal ring that encloses the body of the phone goes through pre-bending, stamping, polishing, sandblasting, PVD, anti-finger coating, laser etching and laser welding during the manufacturing process. It also has a completely Symmetrical design along with a Saturn exterior design for the camera.
‘The world’s most powerful phone’ boasts an array of features and tech. The 7.2mm thick phone weighs in at 143g despite having a metal body. The Yutopia comes equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810, 64 bit Octa-core processor and a Adreno 430 GPU. It has an Internal memory of 32GB (expandable up to 128GB), 4GB DDR4 and supports 4G LTE micro SIM or nano SIM.
The 5.2-inch display has a 2K (2560x1440 or 570ppi) resolution and boasts better colour reproduction and Corning Concore Protection for the screen.
It also comes equipped with a 21MP Sony rear Camera that has true tone dual LED flash, wide angle lens 77.3 and a Exmor IMX230 sensor. The rear camera can capture video at 4K (3840x2160) resolution at 30fps, full HD videos (1920x1080) at 60fps and slow motion in HD (1280x720) resolution at 120fps. The camera also has a few handy features like Optical image stabilisation, Phase detection autofocus and HDR blue glass so that you get the best quality pictures and videos. It also comes with a 8MP 5P Largan Lens that has an 86 degree wide angle lens.
The 3000 mAh high density li polymer cell battery that supports quick charge 2.0 makes sure you are never strapped for power. The Yutopia supports the Cyanogen OS lollipop 5.1. the phone has Dts inbuilt sound and to sweeten the deal they also throw in a pair of House of Marley headphones
