Coolpad Note 3 price dropped to Rs 8,499

Coolpad has dropped the price of it’s budget smartphone the Note 3 by Rs 500, bringing it to Rs 8,499.

The smartphone was launched in October last year at Rs 8,999, and is available exclusively on Amazon India.

The Coolpad Note 3 features a 5.5-inch HD (1280x720) display with a f/2.0 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. It packs a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6753 octa-core processor with 3GB RAM and 16GB internal storage (expandable up to 64GB). Thephone runs Cool UI 6.0 on top of Android 5.1 and has dual-SIM and 4G support.

Company CEO Syed Tajuddin said, in a press release, that price cut is a gift to fans as the smartphone has been incredibly popular and, "repeatedly voted as the No.1 smartphone in the sub 10K."
