‘He Bhakt Mara Dham Ma Avee To Jo, Taru Saday Dhyan Na Rakhu to Kheje’ (O devotee, just come to my temple once and see, tell me if I don’t bother to look after you forever), this is the slogan Ashok Jadeja had used to cheat the people coming to triple their money at the Mata Sikotar Temple in the Makarba area in Sarkhej.

According to sources from the Sansi community, Jadeja is a “crazy man” who wanted to act in films and direct Gujarati albums. “He had produced several albums, that included Jai Ho Madi, the album with almost all the mega stars of the Gujarati music industry,” they said.  The album had been directed by Shreedutt Vyas and the music composed by Maulik Mehta and Rahul Munjaria. Famous Gujarati album singers like Farida Mir, Arvind Barot, Darshana Gandhi and several others were singers in this mega budget Gujarati religious album.
