Dinesh Karthik, who has had a couple of heavy-duty performances for Delhi Daredevils recently, and Robin Uthappa, who guided Bangalore to victory over Mumbai on Sunday night, missed the bus.
But long before they made their statements, the squad was selected. As reported by DNA, the selection committee, along with skipper MS Dhoni and coach Gary Kirsten met late last month and zeroed in on the men for the June 5-21 meet.
