After reports that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie had made a trip to Philippines to adopt their seventh child, airport authorities now claim that they have no record of any such flight.

A spokesperson from Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) claimed that there was no record of the couple arriving at the airport, Contactmusic reported.

MIAA deputy general manager Tirso Serrano said, "Thus far, it's a negative on any arrival of anyone looking like Brad or Angelina at NAIA. No private jet also. We have (had) those rumors since last week. We would have known if they arrived."

The reports said that Jolie-Pitt were keen to add another member to their multicultural family and were to adopt a child from the Asian country while adding that they had flown into the country on their private jet to begin the procedure.

The publication also claimed the couple was desperate to adopt a baby from the Philippines after they were refused the chance to take in a child from Burma.

Jolie, who is shooting in New York for her upcoming thriller Salt, was reported to have taken a break from filming to make the trip with Pitt.

The couple already have three adopted children, Maddox (8) from Cambodia, Pax Thien (5) from Vietnam and Zahara (4) from Ethiopia, as well as three biological children, Shiloh (2) and eight-month-old twins, Vivienne and Knox.

The couple had been planning to expand their brood for some time now, and earlier reports had suggested that they might adopt a child from India.
