A 50-year-old man, who visited the Relief Road branch of United Bank of India on Friday, was found dead in the bank's toilet on Saturday morning. He was identified as Roshanlal Sharma.

According to preliminary investigation, Sharma died due to a heart attack while he was using the bank's toilet around 12 noon on Friday. On Saturday morning, a bank staffer found the body and informed Kalupur police.

Sub inspector GS Parmar said Sharma's viscera had been sent to FSL. "Prima facie, it seems Sharma died due to heart attack in the toilet,'' he said.

The police found the token number and bank receipts from his body. "Sharma came to bank around 12 noon on Friday to withdraw Rs12,000, but soon he was missing," a police source said.

There were no details as to how nobody saw Sharma's body on Friday itself, though the incident took place very much during bank working hours.

The police have registered a case of accidental death. Investigation was on.
